A Mixed Bag, but Some Bright Spots
Our recent stay included a spacious balcony room that offered lovely views of the canal. The hotel’s location was excellent, just a short walk from key attractions. Although breakfast could use improvement, the staff's attentiveness made a difference. A suggestion for families, be cautious with drinks in the room!

We had a wonderful time exploring Venice with our family room's high ceilings and classy decor. The staff were attentive, even arranging a water taxi for us, making our trip seamless. The breakfast was delicious and energizing for our busy days out.
My kids wished for more play areas, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

During my recent stay, I found the accommodations at Palazzo Vitturi to be exceptional. The room was well-appointed, featuring modern amenities, reliable WiFi, and a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to landmarks without being overwhelmed by tourists. Notably, the staff was outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile, and the breakfast in the charming dining area had a great selection of fresh pastries and local delicacies.
There were no downsides to my stay.

Oh, the toasted sandwiches at Al Burchiello were legendary! The local eats kept our bellies happy as we explored. Plus, the staff was a treat—always on point—and the lovely breakfast spread made mornings splendid. Don't miss the cozy cafe next door for a sweet pick-me-up!
While breakfast chaos was a bit of a letdown, it somehow added to the Venetian experience, like navigating those charming alleys. A little more attention could make the dining vibe shine!

Had a great stay with friends! The room was spacious and perfect for our group, and we loved being close to St Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge. Breakfast offered a fantastic spread, and the location was ideal for exploring. Just a heads up, the walk from the water bus stop can be tricky with luggage and bridges.
We had an issue with the TV remote not working, and it took too long to get help since the staff said the engineer wasn’t available until our last day.

The location provided a charming square away from the noise, yet within walking distance to main sites. The breakfast had a delightful variety of hot and cold dishes, complemented by friendly staff who ensured a pleasant start to the day. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a lovely setup that accommodated my family comfortably. However, a few amenities felt dated, and the bathroom layout was slightly inconvenient with a second-level access.
